Perla adjacent to ppr entrance. Not atas enough for 800psf. Not convenient enough salaried couple. Investor's endgame is intriguing.

What's best for Perla is that it's directly connected with LRT station, not like others which advertised as "with covered walkway" lah, "walking distance" lah. People who take LRT everyday will appreciate
