hi, first of all, i'm not sure if this is the right place to post this.

anyway, recently, i bought an 'I' id700 pocket cinema Portable DVD player.

everything is good until recently i accidentally cracked the LCD while packing my bag.

i tried calling 'I' to get hold of them about the warranty status.

They said "oh our service & repair guys, all quit already. you cant claim warranty, send for repair lah"

i need help guys, should i just send it for repair? if so, how much would it cost and where can i get it done?
