Although my 2 stamps were missing 2 days ago, after I paid another bill for final stamp yesterday, it did refresh my 4% for another 30 days. The funny thing is the 3rd stamp now also reflect as my 1st stamp for next 4% renewal.

does i get stamp when use virtual ryt card to top up setel? Did twice (2 days) but did not get stamp. any idea why?

not all spend eligible

i talked to Ryt Live Agent and they confirm of a live bug for stamps. if in doubt, ask Ryt Live Agent to see how many stamps u have

actually i asked for this feature for paylater to be integrated into the debit card last year, when they invited me in their customer survey. They just implemented it now.

the reason back then was they have a paylater cashback at that time but can only use QR. I was thinking it is so stupid to miss out the debit card spend when there's no reason paylater can only be tied to QR.

Finally they acknowledge there's issues on their part officially 👏

I've only made 2 JOMPay, then it says my stamps completed. Supposedly there's 1 more payment to be made.

Why Ryt so sot plug?

Even spaylater does not appear there. Dealbreaker for me. Not to mention there isn’t any benefit now as compared to spaylater.

Because RYT is a bank. Spaylater is not.

This stamp collection thing, after you complete it, does it +30 days to your remaining time or resets the timer to 30 days (the remainder is lost)?

Reset, not add. That's why we waited until the very last moment.

And spaylater offers way more benefit. Don't see a need to move there now.

What's the advantage of keeping money in SPayLater? Mind sharing.

I tried asking their AI but I cant find out on
1. Is there a cut off time for calculation of daily interest? eg "snapshot" of account taken at 5pm?
2. When is the daily interest credited into the account?

1) 11.59pm

2) Around 1am
