got one time my gf's housing area someone built his house almost look like a Chinese temple for public use, neighbors had to collect signatures and give it to local Majlis Bandaraya (MB) to protest about it. The guy that newly built it "claimed" that it's only for personal use but there will be certain days that different cars will come in and visit, and it's not just one or two cars. If you got the time, report to your local MB about it and discuss with neighbors as well, hope for the construction to put in halt before it really gets to the point of no return
