 Landlord want to increase rent, Apa pun increase, but salary still low

In most TA, normally the rental increase is max at 10% of current rent.

700 means your current rental 5 - 7k per month ?

If that the case, then better to look for another place.

This is the disadvantage of being a renter.

Why didn't apply to buy govt housing ?

Deal with current problem. Forget about future for the time being.

When you old liao, then only think of the property. I will not go into details of it

Treat paying bank loan instalment as rental, then you won't have to worried. Since you also do maintenance of the rental property, why not do it for own property ?
