Does land office provide platform for owner to check the land ownership if the property has been bought and strata title is in transferring by the developer to the buyers or whatever?

Yours is likely official land search, need to go to the district land office to search at a fee.

Personal searches can be done online but dont have the info that you need, and the fee is like RM50 per lot.

Once transfered is done, the lawyer will forward the title to the bank, if is with loan. And the lawyer will give a photocopy to the owner.

In title search at land office, if U dont have the property info, U cannot do a search .... not address info ya.

Similar to paying cukai tanah online. No account number or title details, cannot pay .... not address info ya.

Not likely to happen if you have a bank loan outstanding.

Once transferred perfected, the original title goes to the bank with your name as the registered owner and the bank name as the chargee.

The bank will also check to ensure all legal documents are in order.

Of course, there is no harm to do a title search to remove your doubt and the fee is not expensive.

land search can... see land owner name.. some agent just go pm pm u ask if u are land owner
