I saw this on Lelong and from my knowledge, ahem games cannot be played online or else you will be banned, right? Anyone has extended knowledge on modding?

This is really weird. We know it's happening and everybody is using it. But because of some weird rules, we cannot use the actual word but have to say ahem.. haih....

legality issues.. mainly copyright issues.. piracy should be condemned, not condoned..

there's a lot of forum out there that can disscuss bout that legally.. hehe.

Actually it doesn't matter what word u use, as long as it's pointing at the wrong direction (as in telling people how to obtain or promote piracy) then it's a nono. It's not something to be proud of, here is not the place for it. There is other forum or people can use PM.

Xbox 1 modding is still allow because homebrew is very well-developed but hardly anyone discuss about it anymore.
Xbox360, not so much. Heck if i am not mistaken, XBMC creator will not be doing a 360 version but they are allowing anyone willing to take up the code as long as they got the brain...it's open source anyway.

@the banning issues, it's a never-ending cat & mouse game. If the seller are so sure about it, ask him for guarantee if banhammer does indeed fall on you.
