The biggest problem to stay in a vehicle in MY is the temperature and humidity.

To make it comfortable, insulation must be good and a power source to do climate control.

Insulation is cheap but labor expensive, everything related to power and climate control is expensive.

For a small car, not worth to make it. At least get a MPV/van.
