I notice that the resale units for Diamond City l are selling for a significant discount vs Setia Ecohill and Eco Majestic landed projects. Any reason why there is such a big difference?

You have to either use old jln Semenyih which is overloaded with traffic or spend another 15-20 minutes to drive to ecohill and majestic tolls to go out to lekas. Ecohill got its own taipan business zone, considered matured area, Majestic also got a lot shop lot nearby, emerging.And heard not long ago got fake police broke into that housing area, but don't know is which prescient. |
