The actual site just next to Dewan Seminar Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Johor

It's a resort style residence ,total 824 units, separate into 2 towers
Tower A - 490 units
Tower B - 334 units


3 types of layout available:
Type A 560sf 1+1rooms
Type B 721 sf 2+1 rooms
Type C 872sf 3+1rooms

70% furnished

Anyone looking to this project ?

Near CIQ and RTS Condo so expensive due to Land not much left, u can see below 3 Golden Triangle Area is walkable to RTS and CIQ land only, after the land finish to build all condo and commercial, then the next condo will build futher away like Pelangi, Yayah Awal, Danga Bay there side.

Please watch below Youtube, she can walk to Mid Valley with 5 minute, how you said is not near?

sometime not need visit the site, youtube got a lot information and agent now doing taking video for real do attract customer, not just talk without proof

but ain't JB property price also catching up or some even higher than KL already

this price is considered low already

I've been to the site so many times, there's no proper pedestrian walkway.

hahaha this project

I can assure you many ppl cant even find a way to reach the site by driving

and the surroundings split apart by the EDL highway, is way different communities

im not too sure if they ever going to do a connection from mid valley to nadine

Although all new highrise in JBCC seems dangerous with the incoming supply vs the amount of passengers the RTS can take, this seems like a safer bet. Better than paying 1200psf for more than 45 mins to 1++ hour from the action condo.

not too sure you familiar about the demographic about this area or not, if I recall properly there is another apartment, not too far from it, facing the main Skudai road

Haha, this project totally is not target for those Daily Travel JB and SG People, this Project more target for Local People to own stay.

for me i will buy Walkable to RTS or CIQ Project, the Sky 88, Pelangi look near but not walkable, once the RTS is Running, the CIQ Area sure Traffic Jam Like Hell. so walking distant to RTS is very important because u can control u time and

would not late to go to work. for me Better Choose the Condo Within 1km with Pedestrian Cover Walkway or Linked Bridge like below Condo

They will build Coronation Link to JB Sentral Bridge 1st will complete 2027 together with Bank Rakyat, Condo and Medical Center, the 2nd Bridge link to RTS will be build together with shopping mall when is 2029 like that.
