 super dirty tenant, how to manage

my tenants are lazy and super dirty. I mean even clog the bathroom drain etc.

the house only stay a few people. NO PARTITION etcany way to manage?

i dont stay with them.

you want to be a Landlord, involved in Rental Business.


You have to expect, nothing you could stop this from happen.

They are human
for 5000 years human want to stop crime, crime still happen today.

Want being landlord, expect only supernice pay master. better go invest money game.


Rental Business = Most stupid business for average people.
is a business that pray for :

1. good paymaster
2. good person
3. hygiene
4. Rent non stop
5. Prop price up
6. when want to sell, sell on the spot at good price.


Please go genting you have higher chance. and save more time

You only can force out money to hire indon for house keeping once a month. Deduct from rental lo.

Landlord super clean or tenant super dirty ?

Because both cannot see eye to eye one

Just hope the deposit can cover those things 😭

that's why got good tenant i rather rent out below market than trying my luck with new tenant.

Property business u need to pray hard. Those rent are definitely not "passive income" like many B40 ppl thought.

No amount of filtering can remove a bad tenant. While financial filtering helps, character filtering is difficult.

Banks should be able to testified that no amount of financial filtering can eliminate a property going into foreclosure 🤭

There is risk in every tenancy. Is not about rent cheaper or higher. If landlord can foresee, I would be a landlord long ago.

I haven’t increase my tenant rental for 3 years because they are good paymaster. Unless you are rich enough to hire someone to handle rental for you. I know one uncle who did but he had over 10 properties

They will clean but will request for higher amount. What mess haven't seen by those cleaners ? Just another day at work. 🤭

Is the same with IWK workers. Or those contractors clearing clogged sewerage pipes. What shits also they removed and can tell what food the owner last ate. After finished work, go for makan😂
