I would have kick them out the instance they play trick. I kena before, too kind to people sad story, turns out I am the fool. Tenant didn't pay utilities and drag until owes 3k+, then ghosted me whatapps, call, msg.... yoo...stressful and sleepless night .... After the experience, I now have no mercy for tenant.
