Has anyone registered for the MARiiCas Incentive for EV bike?

I've registered and it's approved. Initially planned to go for the Blueshark SOLOERA SOLO 1C partnership with Setel but found out need to pay RM69 monthly for battery and connectivity for 5 years IINM. Taking everything into calculation, it's not worth it.

I'm looking for the cheapest one-off purchase that can utilize the RM2400 MARiiCas incentive.

Please recommend. I don't really mind the specs of the bike as I'm planning to use it for short distance like in town only, radius about 30KM max
