his whole point of removing subsidies is so that his definition of "maha kaya" don't get to abuse the government's fund but by giving out this RM100. 00 indiscriminately, isn't he doing exactly the opposite?

My guess is, the government is trying to have this system in use more widely, and then when the RON95 rationalization starts in September, people will be very comfortable using it.
