One of the reasons i dont really buy new phone that just came out fresh from oven
factory tests are very simple and tested passed if within spec, tests are automated and probably very short.
QA only check cosmetics defects, if sparking clean then they will pack the unit lol

real world usage will reveal most of the issues.
