Anyone done extension under MBSA for Semi-D? Must leave 10ft behind from wall?

More info:
1. Semi-D
2. Individual Title
3. Under MBSA
4. Have lorong behind (no behind neighbour)

Still need 10ft even if there is no house & have a lorong behind?

I saw the MBSJ one no need leave space if there is lorong behind. Why MBSA doesnt say anything about this

Maybe different majlis has different rules.

behind u can extend until max as long is under your land.

That is the rule they made unless they change it.

Your choice is either do illegal or follow.

Reno without CCC may face complications when there is a fire insurance claim.

Mbsa say cannot wor.

Of course if owner wants to do, then go illegal. Just pray the neighbours don't complain, otherwise majlis come visit. 😅

Yeah teres houses can. But Semi-D seems to have different rule.

For MBSA rule, For the back, You can extend til the back wall. For the side, 5 feet setback from the wall if your house is not a corner unit. 20 feet set back for the corner unit.
