Just look this project Majestic Gen Sphere, look like this selling quite good than other project at JB CIQ

But the price also not cheap, just slighlty cheaper than Exism Project

459 Sqft 1 bedroom - Selling price 520k (Not Car Park) 600k (With Car Park)

551 Sqft 2 bedroom - Selling price 668k

652 Sqft 3 bedroom - Selling price 778k

755 Sqft 3 bedroom - Selling price 896k

All type is Dual Key


What do you think about this Project?

As i know the 459 Sqft the queue is quite long, very hard to get a unit for this type

Gen Sphere is very close to CIQ just walk 6 minute with linked bridge, and another 5 minute more to future RTS, Gen Rise need add more 3 to 4 minute to Gen Sphere and using their link bridge
