My samsung TV picture is jumping like crazy. Sent this video to the Samsung representative, straight away tell me it's the panels faulty and need replacing. I suspect the fella too lazy to come, just straight away say that it's panel knowing the cost of panel not worth to change.

Anyone can offer any solution or any contact to repair ? i'm located in Penang
