Lenovo. At least mine can set charge up to 80% and rapid charging on/off option. I set it to charge to 100% but without rapid charging.

The ones i can confirm has this feature is Lenovo (most models including low end) has it.

Asus, Acer, some models has it.

HP most low range does not have it.

Dell, only newer one made 7 years ago has it.

But sometimes you buy a laptop, all have same spec but some are more expensive than the other. Usually it is where the battery cost is.

My experience is Lenovo has best battery management. Have experience with old Yoga 14 & Ideapad 3 made in 2017 that battery is still working even after 7 years! But of course it lost almost 50% of the original capacity. But it still works!!! And both has charge control feature that you need to install in order for it to work.

Lenovo
but the BIOS options are bare, other advanced options adjustment can be done via the Vantage app.
Just need to beware that some of their lappy cameras aren't suitable for video call due to sub-par camera quality.

Dell lappy good, also have a lot advanced options can be adjusted with their EFI.

Most newer generation laptop already uses USB-C port for charging, no more barrel jack.

But there are some model still have it, so shop around yourself.

As for the charging limit to 80%, most HP & Dell doesn't seems to have such functions. I know that Lenovo have it with their Vantage Apps.
And some high end or Corporate models have such features embedded into the UEFI/BIOS.
