land acquisition issues?

There is a draft but with many land acquisition issues, some protest, MRT gave in, find ways to change again.

Part of my job, which to keep my project going, has a project that was gazetted for land acquisition, we protested and thank god MRT gave in. Some may not be so lucky.

Because the final alignment is not final. They have to go through land acquisition process only then can come up with final alignment.

In the news said they targeted the land acquisition to be completed in 2026. So probably 2032 the earliest project completion date.

And this is precisely what I mean by informational asymmetry. Insiders know more than the general public, and they can take advantage of it.

Why they want to reveal it for others to make money from their project? They will be the first one to know. They purchased First whatever they can , then only announced to people.
