How long employee usally get kick out from system. I already left for 24hour but my company email still active, i still in company collaboration platform as member, still in whatsapp group though i didnt open the message to read anymore as it will mark i read the message.

No. Collab platform added by boss and manager. Whatsapp group first admin is me since its created by me and now actively use by other employee and boss already admin also

you can just quit the group right? What is holding you back? Not like you quit the group , the whole group in whatsapp will collapse.

Just feel weird because usually copany would kick a person out ASAP so the Ex wont know what happen when no longer working

On your final day of reporting, did you send out an email to inform suppliers, agent, customers etc (3rd party that you contact) that it was your last day? Would have been courtesy to bid them farewell and serves as a notice to outsiders. Should be CC-ed to your boss.

As for Whatsapp group, sometimes your bosses forgot to filter out. You can choose to LEAVE/ QUIT the group before getting kicked out. If you're one of the active contributor in the past, say thank you to everyone and wish them well, then quit the group. Optionally just leave quietly.

Not necessarily HR, sometimes it's the IT dept who is supposed to stop the emails. There are also some company that'll leave it active for 1 week or 1 month.
