Just take it an hour before sleep... It'll knock you out and give you a good night rest...

Currently, I am testing another brand... PrimeVite's Mag-Plus Tablet (can be found here: aapharmacy(dot)com.my/products/primevite-mag-plus-tablet-6x10s-magnesium-vitamin-b6-l-theanine )... In my opinion, it doesn't offer the same kick as VitaScience...

Magnesium consumption is important for your overall longevity...

If you want the best results... Do anaerobic exercise / calisthenics before taking it and sleep...

For someone like me who juggles on two jobs (full-time desk job and trading) and with bare minimum sleep at 4-5 hours during the weekdays, Magnesium glycinate supplement is a must to maintain functionality...

In my experience, I felt it instantaneously... In fact, you can physically feel the relaxation / changes within the hour... And in a way, it does show that I am severely lacking Magnesium...
