i'm bitter with my colleague until i dont know where to vent already

since i dont gossip with kakak office about workplace politics, i decided to vent here


my workload is terrible, dont know how many weekends i've work this year, every week got few days where need to work nights
my boss acknowledged my burden, so 1 and half years ago he hired this lady to work with me. and in terms of position, she's higher rank than me
i teach her everything, guide her, help her. whatever she needs

now 1 and half years later, my work burden doesnt ease. terrible as before.
meanwhile she? jalan2 in office doing nothing, every month take annual leaves dont know go where. in every meeting i was held accountable (remember her rank is higher than me)

i decided to vent to my big boss about it. beh tahan this workload.
boss say give her time. and he cite me as example - need time to get familiar
but 1 year and half has passed already. still need to get familiar? i myself dont need 1 and half year to get familiar


last month my promotion got blocked. fak me i'm angry to the moon!!
this is on top of my increment kena cut last December

my performance report was excellent for the past 3 years. yet my increment got cut, my promotion got blocked

i'm bitter as hell since this weekend tomorrow will likely have to work again.

now new rumours circulating that this new colleague is having an affair with big boss

i acknowledge because she's quite pretty amoi actually

but fak my life

been trying to quit. most companies i applied cant match my current salary.

few offers came from consulting companies, but i dont wish to join consulting

no poll because serious topic
i want to take break. i still got 26 annual leaves available as of today. but too many works

so here i am main k to release stress

yes no choice la, that's where i am today

company was doing super well. order intake reached record level for few years already
because of this, the company is paying too many bonuses and rewards to the employees until exceeded budget.


i dont kelentong you. this is the actual reasons they gave me

Increment still got, but lower

Still, they cut 2-3 percent also I bitter

No where else to vent bro

Now mid age already, ask kawan go out lepak also many busy la, got kids to jaga la, bini outstation la etc etc

You only see me when I’m here
