using WD external harddrive,(my passprt 2TB).

my laptop only 500GB, USE around 50%.

using pc system backup, said system image can not back up on this location.

is this normal? how to resolve?

what exactly is the error msg?

Check the following on the external HDD :-

1. Is the partition GPT type ?

If No, the initialized it to GPT & create a normal primary partition.


2. Is the HDD formatted to NTFS ?

If No, the format it like normal.
