Today when I check my DBKL assessment bill for H2 2025, the balance is negative and weird figure.

I pay RM288 every half yearly, via the Mobis app by card or POS app if there is any discount vouchers for Spaylater.

But this shows I got RMxxx payment via Jompay on 4 May 2025.

1. Is there a possibility to know who made the payment?

2. Is there a possibility that the money is reversed?

PS: Just to be sure, I double check my transactions for 4 May 2025 on my card, CASA and Pos Online, memang none.

You may feedback to DBKL on this but likely will be lengthy for them to trace the payee anyway for now continue to pay your assessment

Do nothing. The actual payee will call dbkl when he received notification rgd outstanding account.

but for syabas, i think someone pay for my account and also made mine overpaid

but the following month, the account for re-adjusted back. likely the payee lodged report to syabas.

Apparently something weird happened in DBKL system because my neighborhood also a lot got this error.

Today email from DBKL arrived said that the charge was from a technical issue and they've reversed it so it reflects the actual amount outstanding.
