I have been using Smart Switch for more than 10years.
Recently, upgraded MS Office from 2013 to 2021.

Facing a lot of problem with Samsung Smart Switch (SSS).

I tried - uninstall, updating, reinstall SSS.
I also tried Repair and Re-installing MS Office 2021.

The Error message I get are:-
1) Nothing to sync with outlook
2) 0x80040155

The main thing that I need to sync between PC and Mobile phone are Calendar & Contact (Changes / updated everyday).

Beside Samsung Smart Switch - are there other reliable apps that I can use for the same purpose as mentioned above?

Don't understand how both software related to each other.

Samsung Smart Switch is a mobile phone software and MS Office is a Windows software.

I think the SSS version was unable to support the latest Office 2021 version.

Either you rollback to Office 2013 version or forgo the SSS functions.

Office 2021 is the culprit. Unlike previous versions, it is a total rewrite so plenty of bugs like Windows 11.

Roll back to Office 2013 for now.
