Hey all im looking for new property under RM 750 k near Damansara, suitable for own-stay. Anyone familiar with projects below and mind sharing your 2 cents? Thanks in advance!

Don't think riana Dutamas is near to damansara

Maybe you want to check out damansara perdana or kota damansara for your budget

And I agree to look for Kota Damansara area, maybe Sunway D’hill? I think the smallest unit should be around 750k or slightly less

Tropics Damansara is pretty good too and if you’re in to Bandar Sri Damansara then I would say Foresta would be a good choice as well

Please don't get foresta, the developer finishing are really bad.

Can consider seresta jz next to it. Or Hampton damansara they still have developer units with high discount

Seresta will be in a different price category already

Hampton Damansara’s accessibility is a bit troublesome but I agree that it might work for the TS
