Any ideas what this e-invoce means for individual sellers? Sell pre-loved items also need e-invoice? So, every year need to declare in e-filing?

Yes anything u sell now all e invoice. Lhdn can just simply call you up saying never declare. They can say u have additional tax didn't pay and ask u pay up
Even for pre love item. U need to have proof that u bought the item and u are selling pre love and did not profit from it. That is how troublesome it is.

so now everything sold there have to have a bill / receipt to prove u didnt sell higher than what u bought for?
