Looking to connect a monitor to my laptop. The laptop screen is huritng my eyes.
An old laptop about 4 years old.


Laptop spec:
The spec 15inch(120hz) 1050 3GB and i7 9750H.
The laptop connector is hdmi and minidp.
The hdmi spec is either hdmi 2,0 or 1.4 only,
The minidp is either dp 1.4 or dp 1.2 only.


Requirement either 24inch FHD or 25inch FHD or 27inch QHD.
Type IPS or fast IPS
Color depth: 8bit or 10 bit(dont know whats the difference)
Type flat panel(I want flat dont want curve)
Refreh rate anything above 100HZ
Ports must have hdmi and dp ports(if got another vga port even better)

Usage games mainly fps games, fortnite and some steam games I bought recently.
and I read lot of tech sites. and watch youtube too.

Cables needed atleast 1.5meter long hdmi cable and minidp to dp cable. I need both type cables incase either hdmi or minidp dont work.

Monitor must be from CGI store in shopee cause there have a service pixel charge for RM46 now for monitor below RM1000.

TS, have you ever consider sending your requirement to CGI Store chat in shopee? they can narrow down the models for you based on the requirements you have, then double confirm specs from official page?

just pick the most expensive one which near ur requirements will do

Now problem must get cable first before get monitor.
hdmi cable is easy to find but mini display port cable...
Where shopee got sell mini display port to display port cable for 3 meter?

Finally done everything. Thanks guys got my monitor perfect pixel.

Now only cannot figure how to lower the magenta color its too birght for my eyes.

Lesson learn, buy cables first. then only monitor.
Worth paying for the service pixel charge took them sometime but atleast its pixel perfect I test a few days no problem with any pixel defect.
