But now I don’t really mind it if it’s a condo or it’s a new one especially, I don’t really think it matters too much. Just be smart about it, it shouldn’t just be a deal breaker if the developer is decent and you like the location. Of course if it’s a landed then it’ll be a slightly different story. |

Main reason, LH property buyers can have difficulty to get loan after 50% of the lease years. l am not turning this thread into a forum of LH vs FH. I leave it to others to participate with their view. Also, buyers to make their decision. All l ask is to see is the tenure being reflected in the first post. Title lagi best. |
