PJ has both LH and FH areas.
As for a long term investment player, tenure is important.

Many already learned the hard way about LH especially in PJ...

I think many know the story especially those old side of PJ....

If LH is an issue then it’s not just PJ but anywhere, yet many new LH projects still quite popular so many don’t feel it’s an issue?

Some people say LH sufficient for one’s lifetime, won’t be needing to renew, others say they’d be selling them off well before expiry anyway since buying to invest. Any thoughts on this?

Different strokes for different folks.

I too, used to be very against leasehold.

But now I don’t really mind it if it’s a condo or it’s a new one especially, I don’t really think it matters too much.

Just be smart about it, it shouldn’t just be a deal breaker if the developer is decent and you like the location.

Of course if it’s a landed then it’ll be a slightly different story.

Different ppl have different strategy.
For own stayer yes for one's lifetime.

I have mentioned as my long term investment, l favor FH.
Main reason, LH property buyers can have difficulty to get loan after 50% of the lease years.

l am not turning this thread into a forum of LH vs FH. I leave it to others to participate with their view. Also, buyers to make their decision.

All l ask is to see is the tenure being reflected in the first post. Title lagi best. smile.gif
