yes you need consent, CTOS Lite report does not require consent with basic info like SSM

Be transparent with your potential tenant.

Request them to forward a copy of the report and you pay for it. If the tenant make an issue, then you decide whether to let the unit to him.

My yearly work membership renewal requires the member to submit a bankruptcy report.

Offer to reimburse them the amount if they are providing and u have at least filtered 50% tenants that are on the higher end or at least can afford and sked u blacklist them
