Hello, so my sister's iphone 12 or 13 keeps disconnecting at some intervals, like 5 minutes or 10 minutes or so. The wifi will disappear, and she will have to go into the wifi settings to reconnect, I'm at the same place at her and I have no issue, any idea how to solve this ?
If you only having disconnection issue at your home,then that is router issue. Try to change a new router. Sometimes some router does not work well with iphone.
Not sure if this will help because your post lacks info (type of router, for starters) but you can try this on your sister’s iPhone;
Tap on the Settings app, go to Wi-Fi. Tap on the little i icon next to your wifi network name. Check the Private Wi-Fi Address setting and make sure it is set to Fixed. Then see if the disconnects still happen. If no change, change it to Off and test again.

try use wifiman, check the signal for your wifi ssid, check what is the signal strength and all that. do the wifi tuning as needed, like set on fix channel where less congestion. point is, check the wifi situation, maybe bad signal strength cause too many neighbours or the wifi ap is just simply terrible, so u need to understand the situation, wifiman is good for that for troubleshoot.
there are a lot of things you can do.
dont just assume you turn on wifi and thats all u do. no. u have to check, and do the tuning as needed. on youtube got many guides how to do this.
also one of the best tips someone posted here was the forget wifi network. Usually this solves some issues. then u reconnect again fresh. usually for troubleshoot only, u dont do this every time.
