Hi guys, recently I purchased mi thermostat but I didn't know that I need a hub for it to be part of the automation.

My question is , my humidifier is CN region, I'm using CN mi home for 90% of my Xiaomi products.

Can I get a Global Mi home hub to connect the thermostat and activate the humidifier when needed ? Or must have CN hub only can do that?

Debating whether to get the home hub 2 or the Smart speaker with ir blaster. Currently I have the tuya IR blaster that works with Google assistant.

For Xiaomi home can't work with assistant since mi home CN can't link with Google assistant

i have moved away from mi home products. its difficult with the CN and global version. i used to connect all my devices to CN platform and its so slow to response.

now i am using Tuya and smart life platform. its better in terms of responsiveness, the openness also its cheaper.

I understand Aqara devices are recommended. However, could you please recommend some Tuya/HA compatible Smart wall switches & sockets? Ideally really affordable ones and reliable. Trying to keep every under Home Assistant. Pondering to get the HA Green setup.
