After using parodontax I will never use any other tooth paste ever again because I'm so used to their salty tasting formula

Using the blue colour "Repair and Protect". I have sensitive teeth and always grind my teeth when sleeping

It really helps a lot when I use this toothpaste

Spit out and leave some toothpaste to do their work.

This is a practice that separates generations.

Older gen were taught to rinse thoroughly. I still do.

But the young ones are taught to just spit. I don't interfere.

White mint is the best. Recently Carings got offer. Two for RM21.
Sometimes Lotus got good offer also. Two for less than RM20 with toothbrush included.

I just buy the cheapest brand available when I'm shopping.

I didn't have sensitive teeth before, but I used sensod for quite a while. After that, my teeth became sensitive unless I kept using sensod.

Now, things are back to normal after stopping sensod for some time.

This happens to me too but with parodontax. Parodontax solves all my teeth sensitivity issue but once i stopped using it and use other brand, sensitivity returns.

I have to stop using parodontax for quite some times before the sensitivity subsides.

I wonder what black magic do they use in their paste
