Hi guys ,
would like to know how long condo might be VP?
recently developer asked us to pay for the tnb registration deposits .
roughly how long from the tnb registration , estimate to vp?
also in KL address , water supply should be syabas or air selangor? and when would need to register this?
developer will handle this?
check your SPA / ask developer on the progress
your SPA has the due date developer has to handover your unit. (i.e 3yrs or 4yrs from your SPA date)
hence everyone's VP due date is different, this is only for purposes of calculating late delivery interest.
so better to check with developer directly estimate handover for
your block.
even if they exceed the estimate handover verbally informed by them, your right to claim late delivery interest depends on your SPA date (eg you sign in 2023, 4yrs s&p, so your due date is 2027. but developer said mid of 2026 handover, but only handover end 2026. you stil can't claim late delivery because your SPA due date is 2027)
water is depend, if you're a 'serviced apartment' then there is usually individual air selangor account for each unit. u will need to pay to management depend on how much you use (based on commercial rate). there's no way around this.
