Hi i have some disputes with my condo property management, appointed by developer. I think they implements unfair rules and regulations.
Is there local authority that we owners can seek help or advice?

You can reach out to COB part of the local council, beforehand has this dispute being raised it has to be documented in order to pursue further

State some of the unfair rules.
What is unfair to some is fair to others 🤔 And no rules can satisfied all owners. |

Not happy with the rules? Join the Joint Management Committee and work for the community to better the rules. Then you will realise how sh!tty the attitude of entitlement of some condo owners are.
