Tourist Attacks Toddler at Moscow Airport

Facts:
On June 23, 2025, Vladimir Vitkov, a 31-year-old Belarusian tourist, violently threw an 18-month-old boy to the ground at Sheremetyevo Airport.

The boy, who had fled Iran with his mother via Afghanistan, is in a coma with skull fractures and spinal injuries.

Security footage shows Vitkov checking his surroundings before grabbing the boy near a suitcase and slamming him head-first onto the floor.

The attack occurred shortly before midnight in the arrivals hall as the boy’s pregnant mother retrieved a pushchair.

Vitkov, suspected of drug intoxication with cannabis found in his blood, was arrested and faces attempted murder charges.

He reportedly told police, “I made mistakes like that,” and has a daughter the same age as the victim.

Moscow Region Children’s Ombudswoman Ksenia Mishonova called Vitkov a “drug-addled monster,” urging severe punishment.

Eyewitnesses stopped the attack, and the boy was rushed to a hospital; police are investigating possible racist motives.

Delusions
Hallucinations
Unusual behaviors or movements
Catatonia

For sure, those are much more deadly.
But you can never tell if you are one of the unlucky ones on one particular unlucky day with and uncompatible variant.
