that base in qatar is a soft target. Iran called the US and told them well in advance that they are planning an attack. they only shot a few missiles. this is just to save face in front of their own citizens to show they are retaliating for the US bombings but at the same time, without seriously hurting the US because Iran knows the US can cripple Iran in a matter of days.
