Same case with me before... do trial and error first by switching the board from similar fans in your living room... it might be a clip kinda thing then it will be easy... else you need to snip2 and attach... take a few picture of the board for your ref...

If that's the case then buy a new board online... else just replace with a manual regulator fan by kdk for 150...
