I always wait for it to load what’s on the page to finish first then only click my next point. If I click something while it’s still loading data, I will have redirect error.

Yeah I like to know too. Recently TNB just switched to Smart Meter and I applied for TOU. Few days ago they charge me the rm10 and I paid it. But it doesn't show Switch to Domestic, still Switch to TOU. I guess come 22nd I will know via the bill how it works for this TOU.
For those with TOU, have you gotten bill and is there a breakdown peak vs non-peak kwh?
Before you start your ToU, you will get your last interim bill that cutout for your Domestic Am bill to Domestic ToU.
You can see it in your smart data history usage as well. Will change from 1 line 1 colour to 1 line 2 colour graph.
