how old is your Display?
probably the light source is going kaput.
I had philips LCD before, one of the unit had light source issue, every time cold boot it will keep showing the Philips LCD boot screen repeatedly, on and off for like 10 minutes,
then it will boot up correctly, but it didn't last long lol,
normal use 2 years, then third year is having display issue.

Afterward i switched to Dell, Dell display especially Ultrasharp are TANK, none of them had issues until i sold them off.

I dun remember how long is my monitor but it is really quite old ady. Before should be around 2010 ish. Today I test my screen using HDMI to usb C to my screen drawing tablet. It is power by usb C so the mother gives out 1 long beep and 3 short beeps. However, there is a display on my drawing screen tablet despite the beeps.

It happens when I unplug dp to dvi cable, but when I plug the cable, no such beeps occur anymore. I'm not sure is it the monitor dvi port is faulty. Bought a dpi to vga converter, eta on 1 July. The monitor always show Asus mobo boot logo and then show a bit of the windows login then quickly fade to black. Tonight I reseat the GPU again. I actually reseat it many times
