Mmm he must be playing on console with their 24 player limit. On PC you'll never see the tunnel that empty of people. Still that takes skill.

Some servers have a plugin that does a better job of team balancing, basically last team joiners get switched to the other side. Will ask the other guys about it.

Shouldn't be the case, could just be a server bug. In short, blame it on DICE.

Most of the time you will be unable to view it if your settings are set to Normal which DICE in their infinite wisdom decided to be default on.
