Our government is so weird, always implement rules that have no significant good impact on out weakness (infrastructure, economy both local and international)...the always make stupid ideas that bring no benefit at all. Just like when your teacher ask you to do composition. And you have no idea at all but talk cock sing song to make up enough words.
