I'm comparing the spec for these two, they somehow look the same, but, Dell has the option for Ageia PhysX card.

but asus G70 seem expensive 9k?, dell xps with 8700m 8k
u dont like play war3 mini game? i mean if u choose gaming laptop u wont play war3, i still play lol
