Actually, are they going to open the case against whatever what projects discussed in the leaked video? It obviously showed the projects are won also on u-know-what. The whistle blower lost the tenders cos he probably did not grease the hands sufficiently vs the winning parties. There are 2 issues to this leaked videos.

1 is to punished those on the take previously
2. Is there any hanky panties to the projects that was awarded to the winning team that was discussed in the leaked video.
No 1 has been taken action on, though it is suspiciously only 3 of so many were leaked in the videos. There could be more, I supposed.
No 2, likely to be swept under the carpet?
