Cannot understand how they claim want to expand just in May

KUALA LUMPUR (May 4): Malaysian coffee shop chain Richiamo Coffee Sdn Bhd is planning to expand internationally, as it targets between five and 10 global markets within the next five years.

Richiamo Group managing director Datuk Muhamad Zamry Abu Samah said the company will begin by opening outlets in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and Melbourne, Australia, this September.

There is one near my place opened a couple of years ago. Every time I pass by it is either closed or empty. At first I wanted to try but after seeing the condition (closed most of the time and empty when it is open), did not want to risk it.
