doesn't matter owner at home or not, as long as the car is inside private property, they can't enter no matter what
they had to wait until the car comes out to repossess

some of those indian repo man thought they very hero can enter people's private property or shop...until owner stand firm to report police
if the car is inside a workshop also they can't simply go in and repossess

as long as it is private property = cannot

your own kebun, workshop, shopping mall, hotel parking..all cannot

it's not about gate or not
the problem is ..is it private property

if the car is sent to workshop or service center...no gate as well but repo man cannot enter because it's private property

as long as the car owner isn't stupid enough to double triple park somewhere or park at public parking, the car technically saying cannot be legally repo
