I for one also didn't maintain the website, since the website hardly got any traffic. Before marketplace, I used to spent RM1 / click on Adsense to pull traffic to the website. But most of the pipu don't want to place order even got I got payment gateway. They prolly got call and deal offline.

Bought lots of things from them maybe up to 20-30k over the years. Recently inquire about 5080 gib me lcly attitude. Im ok. Then i found another shop, treat me like king i bought from that shop instead.

Sometimes is shop attitude that affects buyer decision.

I have dealt with dotatech quite a few times since i5 2500k days, and I've got no problems with them though.

Even helped me with a few RMAs. Used to be in Ampang and they moved to, somewhere super far away lol. Last time visiting them was last year, for a nvme RMA.

JustIT and Brightstar normally have better price than Dota if I'm not wrong. But I like to check Dota page because they normally update latest products, unlike others that take a few weeks to list latest products.

They got banned because they selling refurbished stuff. I bought their gpu and use it for 3 months only sudah broken.

Bought desktop ram with them, found out faulty unable to boot.

Return back to them then they dispute the product no issue and those sohai shopee sides with them. They did fake video recording showing the ram can boot.

So i unable to get refund then i go Sun Cycle to claim warranty. Suncycle also checked found out the ram memang got issue unable to boot.

So this dotatech really kotor. Tak ada business etique one.

Currently using 9950x with noctua nh-u12a tower fan with cm nr200 case.

Temp is like crazy for the case. If i didnt on aircond, play dota also 80 90C

Fan setup only exhaust top. I googled around and they say aio also cannot bring 9950x temp down.

I use pc for 3d rendering.

they said to claim warranty rma must give 5 stars review first, if you ask more questions like what the process and lead time sure get scold
if you make noise then no rma warranty lol

the staff give me a glare then said want to buy then buy, don't ask so many questions

Idealtech too focused on full builds, so didnt get much chance if just parts

the sad thing is even with full ATX case, your 9950X will still burn. AMD Ryzen since 5000 series employ a very aggressive precision boost to push the perf up via boost clocks. it will help abit being bigger casing + more airflow, but expect really high temps regardless even on both intel/amd side

my R5 7600 on idle eats 30W at 50+C with an old CM 212 Evo cooler. it will spike to 80C on heavy workloads like video encoding even on a mATX casing

another option is you can check out those folks in youtube on how to downvolt/adjust PBO for Ryzen processors which they shown has helped to reduce the thermal output, but stability is questionable

with my voucher, 7800X3D is RM1505. how much is yours?

That is hot. I already undervolt all the cores and the temp is still high, in the end I had to throttle it to 85C. The PC setup also not facing any walls or anything I think it shouldn't bother with airflow. Or is it normal for ryzen to operate at high temp? I just hate it when the PC restart on its own when the temp is too high.
