Izzit. Warranty is very smooth no question asked. I rma my Corsair water cool and get a working one.
The problem is when they ship and something missing they also won’t give a fuck.
Back in lingloong era I bought 2 gpu and cpu fan missing a gpu and cpu fan. The staff sure took it and sell to other people or something d. Luckily graphic card last time 2k only so I give up chasing.

Mis spoke. I mean, I rather ship it back internationally/overaseas lose a few hundred more in shipping if something goes wrong, for warranty.

Bought my GPU from them. Actually if you contact them can get better price than Shopee because Shopee's insane commission is too much for the razor thin margin they have.

Conditions all like new, no scratch or etc. Anything just contact them and they will replace within 1-2 business day usually

BUT, BIG BUT, sometime the refurb not that much cheaper for some models, so need to do research first

Dotatech used to be famous during covid time. Their prices quite cheap compared to others. Now no longer cheap so no longer buy from them

dota and ideal like the big store so they got more favor in terms of getting the latest and exclusive products that's what I've been told...during mco time the prices the best but after that dota and ideal less discount and prices follow msrp so go other store

My 1st full customized PC bought from the founder, that time he dint even have shop yet, need to drive to his house to pick the CPU in Ampang

Bad experience with this store la via shopee.

Bought desktop ram with them, found out faulty unable to boot.

Return back to them then they dispute the product no issue and those sohai shopee sides with them. They did fake video recording showing the ram can boot.

So i unable to get refund then i go Sun Cycle to claim warranty. Suncycle also checked found out the ram memang got issue unable to boot.

So this dotatech really kotor. Tak ada business etique one.

Guys since this is pc talk help recommend me good airflow itx case

Currently using 9950x with noctua nh-u12a tower fan with cm nr200 case.

Temp is like crazy for the case. If i didnt on aircond, play dota also 80 90C

Fan setup only exhaust top. I googled around and they say aio also cannot bring 9950x temp down.

I use pc for 3d rendering.

idk, didn't claim warranty from them b4, that's what i heard from k/ last time before going to their ampang store
they said to claim warranty rma must give 5 stars review first, if you ask more questions like what the process and lead time sure get scold
if you make noise then no rma warranty lol

assuming it was exaggerate, visited their store in ampang, inquired about casing fan ram and gpu gay rainbow rgb bling bling version
the staff give me a glare then said want to buy then buy, don't ask so many questions
straightaway get back the list that i showed them and went back home
