In my office, fresh grad is getting basic salary of 5K + 2 mths contractual bonus + up to 4 mths performance bonus + parking allowance. 1K annual increment up to 4 years. The 5th year will be promoted to senior post and starting from 9K basic. Senior will get 1.5K annual increment up to 4 years. The 10th year will be promoted again and starting from basic 15K. Those really performing well can fast track on the 7/8th year to get 15K basic.

We mainly hire grads from the UK (90%), UM/UKM/other foreign uni (10%).
